We guarantee access to the apartment by 2pm local time and check out time is 12 noon local time.

Payments by cash or all major credit cards are to be made in Euros upon arrival to the apartment.

A deposit of 20% of the total cost of your accommodation (this does not include any extras that you have reserved) will be held prior to your arrival, this amount will be taken by the manager of Go Ski Bansko, via credit card over the telephone. There will be no money taken from your account, only held. Go Ski Bansko has chosen to obtain the deposit from you via the telephone as Bulgaria does not yet meet with current European banking standards. We therefore believe this method to be a more secure process for our clients than existing internet credit card booking systems.

This deposit will be released at the end of your stay, after a check of the apartment by a Go Ski Bansko representative. Should there be any major damages or breakages to the apartment; either all or part of the deposit will be retained to the value of the damages. In the event that the damages exceed the amount paid by deposit, you will be invoiced and then debited for the remaining amount.

You can cancel your reservation up to 10 days prior to arrival without any penalty. In this instance your deposit will be released in full. In the case that you cancel your reservation less than 10 days prior to arrival, your deposit will be taken and will not be refunded. In the case of non-arrival of the guests, a cancellation fee of 50% of the entire stay booked will be charged. For any stay that covers Christmas Day or New year’s day cancellation notice must be given 15 days prior to arrival. Should guests cancel after this period, 100% of the entire stay booked will be charged.
