Restaurant Reviews Sir Galahad One of the most respected bar restaurants in Bansko, Sir Galahad is situated 300 m from the Gondola, under the Knight’s Lodge Apartment House. It is a warm and comfy retreat from the Bulgarian winter, with a clean, modern interior and friendly staff. With a mix of English and Bulgarian food, there will be something for everyone on the menu and prices are extremely reasonable. For your entertainment, all major sports matches are covered and live music is played each evening. Sir Galahads has an excellent selection of drinks including wines, beers, spirits and soft drinks including all the British favourites. Sir Galahads is also famous for its cocktails, with cocktails of every type, colour and taste on the menu. After an energetic day on the slopes, this is certainly one bar that is well worth a visit.     Moravsko Village Situated in Predel, 15km’s outside of Bansko on the Blagoevgrad road, 800ms down a dirt track, Moravsko Village is a true representation of a traditional Bulgarian dining experience. This wonderful, family run hotel has a beautiful Mehana with open fire, gardens and outdoor barbeque area. It serves tasty, organic Bulgarian cuisine and has an extensive collection of wines from around the world. It is the owners that make this rural retreat so perfect and it’s no surprise they are visited by guests from all over the world. You will need a car to get there if you are staying in Bansko, but the drive is certainly worth it.
